For those of you who don't know what GUTZY IS,
To kick off the party we had a game of Gutzy Dominos. To Play, we hid a bunch of gutzy pictures in the living room, and then split the kids into two teams. One player from each team would run into the living room and hunt for the missing piece. When they finished they would race back to their team and the next person would go. They did okay until they mixed yp the teams and didn't remember whose turn it was.
After Gutzy Dominos. we did some BINGO! It's the same as normal BINGO, but with GUTZY pictures.
Next I thought it would be fun for the kids to make their own Gutzy inspired sugar cookies. The kids put way to much decorative frosting on them, so they didn't taste good. But they looked awesome!
As much fun as everything else was, the kids favorite part of the day was choosing and trading their Gutzies. We kept at it for 20 min, until all of the kids were happy and satisfied.
We had a little bit of time left, so I had all of the kids draw their dream Gutzy. Here are my girls contributions.
Bid's might not translate well, but I think Kik's patch would be super cute.
After all was said and done, the party was a success. All of the kids loved the party, and they love their new Gutzy Gear.
To Buy - I like that the straps are soft, and don't stick to my girls clothes. I also like that the patches allow them to express themselves in a positive and fun way.
They are affordable too! Backpack straps are just 9.99, and the patches retail from 4.99 and up.
To Win - Gutzy is giving away a starter kit to one of you! Each starter kit includes -
- • 3 strap covers
- • Rare patch
- • 6 patches (choose the Boy or Girl styles!)
- • SpongeBob SquarePants patch
