Holiday Gift Guide Day 25 - Mindware - Contraptions Catapult Review and Giveaway

Holiday Gift Guide Day 25 - Mindware Contraptions Catapult

So, I love building things. Every so often, I'll mention to my wife that I want to build some sort of gizmo and I get the standard response of "Seriously?". I can't say that I blame her though. After all, I was the kid that injured himself several times while trying to dismantle toys in order to build a robot.

This year my wife found a company called Mindware and I have to say that it was love at first sight. In addition to several products and activity books for a great brain workout, they also have several kits that are perfect for anyone that likes to build. They have kits that range from aluminum can robots to medieval siege engines.

I got the Contraptions Catapult kit.

I thought that it would consist of a set of predesigned pieces that I would need to assemble. Well, other than a few specialized pieces, the kit was actually a bunch of small pieces of wood. The kit came with blueprints and everything else you need to build the catapult.

It was simple enough to not be frustrating, but still required patience and made me pay attention to what I was doing.

My daughters really liked helping out, but didn't really get what the point was until it was done. They had a blast launching things across the room.

To Buy - The Contraptions Catapult retails for just $24.95.  And whether it's a catapult or one of the other great products, Mindware is sure to have something perfect for someone on your Christmas list.

To Win - Mindware is giving a Contraptions Catapult to one of you! To Enter complete Any of the Entries on the Rafflecopter form Below!
