Ringling Brothers & Barnum and Bailey: Fully Charged - Salt Lake City Ticket Giveaway!

We are so excited that the Ringling Bros. Circus is coming to Salt Lake this September.

I haven't been to the Circus since I was a little girl and don't really remember it at all. I vaguely remember sitting in my seat with one of the light up toys waiting for the show, but that's honestly all. Despite this, I always get so excited when I hear the Circus is in town. It shoots chills up my spine. There's just something about the word Circus that makes me feel like a little kid again!

I'm so excited that this year I actually get to go to the Circus with my family. Here's a little excerpt about this years show taken from the Press Release

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents FULLY CHARGED℠

Power Up with a Surge of High-Voltage Circus Fun & Excitement
Coming To Salt Lake City from September 22 - 25, 2011

WHAT: Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® invites families to disconnect from the digital world and plug into the most electrifying circus experience ever at the all-new show Fully Charged, where megawatts of thrills explode off the arena floor with breathtaking dare-devilry, superhuman stunts and never-before-seen performances that will energize Children Of All Ages! Fully Charged celebrates all kinds of "performance power": horse-power, man-power, athletic power and features amazing circus acts that can only be seen at The Greatest Show On Earth®.

Everyone in the family is really looking forward to watching Tabayara in action.

Tabayara, a dynamic animal trainer whose rare ability to communicate with animals allows him to ride rearing stallions at a fully-charged gallop, orchestrate majestic four-ton Asian elephants in a symphony of dance and stand inside a cage, eye-to-eye with 12 ferocious tigers.

The girls love horses - especially white ones - and can't wait to see their act. I think the tiger section will be awesome.

  1. I used to go to the circus when they came to town once a year. I didn't really have a favorite part. I guess the trapize was most entertaining.

  18. The thing I remember the most liking as a child was the cage with the motorcyclists in it. Strangely, I don't have any additional specific memories of the circus!
