I've never been much for health food. In fact, it could probably be said that for most of my life I've been an "unhealth" food enthusiast.
I have recently decided that this should change. I've started exercising and watching what I eat. I've discovered that what I have typically been eating consists of a lot of salt and sugar. Slowly, I've been working in more healthful foods. When my wife asked my to try Kellogg's new FiberPlus cereals I was a little skeptical, simply because "fiber" is often easily confused with cardboard. I decided it would be worth it to try.
I got to try two varieties, FiberPlus Berry Yogurt Crunch and Cinnamon Oat Crunch.
I have to say that I was surprised by how good they were. I thought they both tasted great and even my little daughters thought they were good. I think these cereals are a great way to put fiber and antioxidants into my diet. Normally I prefer cereals that might usually be considered "for kids," but I prefer this cereal to those. I would definitely recommend both of these to my friends and family and will probably get them for myself again in the future.
