Spring is here!

I'm from Utah where snowy winters start in early October and can last up through Easter. When Spring comes around I'm not only ready to give my house a good Spring Cleaning, but also to change everything up as well.

And I'm so excited that today is officially the first day of Spring!  My house feels so cluttered and my yard looks so dreary and I can't wait to clean it up.  Especially my yard!

We've only lived here for less than two years and our yard could seriously use some help.  The first year we were here we missed planting season and had to make due with what was here.  Then last summer we ripped all of our overgrown landscaping out only to find that the government was claiming imminent domain, and all of our plans had to be put on hold.  They bought two feet of our land and rented six feet which meant that we could do nothing all year.  Now the government is gone, and we our left with zero landscaping, a dying lawn, and two girls that need somewhere to play!

The first order of business - reseeding and landscaping.  After that's done we are going to be combing the stores comparing wooden swing sets and playhouses - hoping to find something that both my girls love.

My girls would absolutely love something like this!
I love the double slide and double swing and think that it could prevent quite a bit of fighting.  Or we are also thinking about going the cheaper route and just getting a playhouse.

Either way I can't wait till the weather warms up so I can get started on things!  And since I know I'm not alone, for the next month I'm going to be featuring products that could help change up your home - inside and out!  Just watch for the button!
