Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock

Ever since I was little, I've loved playing video games. I remember spending many hours in my youth trying to defeat block shaped dragons and other bad guys. Over the past several years video games have grown up a bit. They've gone from being the domain of introverted nerds (me) to becoming more accessible to everyone.

A great example of this is the world famous Guitar Hero series. Not only did it incorporate music that people loved, but it let them feel as though they were playing it.

The latest edition of Guitar Hero is just as good as previous versions. Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock includes some really great songs, especially if you love rock.
This version has also included a story mode where you play your way through the songs in order to "save" rock.

However, my favorite part of this, and all other Guitar Hero games, is the multiplayer. This version is great because all of the players can play either the guitar, bass, drums, or sing as long as you have the right equipment.

To Buy - It makes a great party game and is definitely something you might want to consider getting for the gamer in your life.  Plus the new guitar design is awesome.

Disclosure - I received a product for review purposes from the above company or their pr agency.  Opinions are my own.

I usually don't admit to my gamer geeky side... but what the heck...
I love all these new Guitar Hero/Rock Band/Karaoke type games for the game systems... a lot more family oriented than the other silly games (and I won't admit to having played so many of those :)
