Holiday Gift Guide Day 14 - Greenzys Review

If you love to shop eco-friendly and are looking for great kids items, I have the perfect gift for you.

The Greenzys is a new eco-friendly kids toy line launched by FAO Schwartz earlier this year. The line consists of soy-based books and stuffed animals.

The Greenzys Book is a 40 page story that teaches kids all about the environment and conservation.  In the book, the Greenzys find out that the oldest living tree in the world is in danger, and she needs them to save her.  The Greenzys undertake a quest to save the tree, and learn a little about environmental conservation in the process.

The Greenzys stuffed animals come in 4 different varieties (Peat the Penguin, Violet the Giraffe, Willow the Elephant and Yew Yew the Panda), each with their own special look and personality.  And most importantly, they are adorable!

We received Violet to review, and I couldn't be happier!  Besides literally being green,

Violet is soft, cuddly, and has a face that makes you fall in love.

The Greenzys plush toys really are the perfect toy to help your child learn to care about the environment!

To Buy! - The book retails for 17.99 and the plush for 19.99.  Also Greenzys are completely eco-friendly

  • made from soy fibers and non-toxic dyes with packaging made from recycled paperboard
  • a portion of every Greenzy purchase benefits the Environmental Media Association
  • for every stuffed animal purchase the Arbor Day Foundation will plant one tree in our nation's forests.
